eBay’s “Summer of Choice” continues, offering shoppers deeply discounted mobile deals all summer long, by allowing shoppers to vote on the items they want most. Shoppers can now get in the Olympics spirit and head back to the polls at twitter.com/eBay to vote on two Olympics-inspired wearables: 50% off the Apple Sport Band Watch and 40% off the Fitbit Charge, to inspire you to stay active and connected during Olympics season. The winning deal will be announced on Twitter on August 17, 2016 and the deal will be shoppable via the eBay app (mobile.eBay.com) for 48 hours.
Earlier this summer, America voted and chose the Nutri Ninja Blender over an outdoor grill, and a Dell Touchscreen Laptop over an RCA 2-in-1 Tablet, unlocking 50% discounts for both. Through a country-wide survey, eBay found that Americans are turning to their mobile devices more than ever this summer to shop. Through the “Summer of Choice,” eBay is tapping into what American’s want most – 85% of consumers say shopping on a smartphone or tablet is a convenient and quick way to make purchases, and 68% believe that shopping on a smartphone or tablet will help them find the best deals.*
