T.J.Maxx, and Marshalls are the go-to department stories for many people, thanks to their affordable prices on brand name clothing, toys and household products. T.J. Maxx and Marshalls both have similar low price points, but for those who don’t mind paying a little more for an upscale shopping experience with a huge selection of top brand names, a high end designer department called The Runway, fine jewelry and accessories, then T.J. Maxx is the answer. For those who enjoy decorating their homes especially during special occasions such as the holidays, then HomeGoodsis a must-see. It has fashionable finds for homes from around the world at prices between 20 percent to 60 percent below department and specialty store prices.
What’s wonderful about T.J. Maxx, Marshalls and HomeGoods, is they care about people. On November 6 to November 8, 2015, all 2,500 T.J.Maxx, Marshalls and HomeGoods locations helped raised money for over 130 local food banks across the country. During those three days, customers were encouraged to donate at the register, with 100 percent of the money raised went back into the local communities. These three retailers believe that spending time with loved ones is what matters most, so the stores remain closed on Thanksgiving to ensure employees can spend the holiday with their families.
T.J.Maxx, and Marshalls launched a new holiday campaign last week withHomeGoods. It’s called Bring Back the Holidays that focuses on people and bringing them together. Per Gina Bollus, spokesperson for T.J.Maxx, Marshalls and HomeGoods, “There are few moments throughout the year when family and friends are in the same place at the same time, and we want people to put value on what really matters during the holidays. In our world, we offer thoughtful gifts at amazing prices every day so that you can cherish that precious time with your family and shop on your time, instead of rushing out for the hottest holiday deal.”
The first twitter contest, Get Me Home! was a huge hit last week, because it was redeemable for 20 people that need help getting home to spend time with their loved ones. Lucky winners receive a $2,000 travel gift card to go toward holiday travel arrangements. For all those who missed last week’s Twitter coupon, there are two more coming up beginning tomorrow. Be sure to mark all calendars to enjoy the best deal of the season — coupons redeemable for meaningful moments with loved ones. The Twitter campaign is wonderful, especially now because it helps bring family and friends together. Each Monday over the next couple of weeks, @TJMaxx, @Marshalls and @HomeGoods will offer one of the following coupons with the opportunity to enter to win:
- Holiday Saver (November 23 – 27): Redeemable for three lucky families in need of holiday cheer. T.J.Maxx, Marshalls and HomeGoods will transform the winners’ homes into a festive atmosphere, complete with twinkling lights and perfectly wrapped gifts. To enter, reply to the “Holiday Saver” Theme and share why your nominee is in need of a holiday miracle or holiday cheer (or your home needs
a holiday makeover) and why your nominee needs help to bring back the holiday, using the Hashtags #BringBackHolidays and #Contest to receive one entry. Winners must be available on from December 7, 2015 through December 14, 2015 to allow a stylist to redecorate and photograph the homes for before and after footage.
- Gifts to Give Back (November 30 – December 4): Redeemable for giving back to five selfless and inspirational people who are always giving of themselves. Five winners are selected to receive a special holiday delivery filled with unique gifts that focuses on the person that’s opening the present, not what’s inside the gift box. To enter, reply to the “Gifts to Give Back” Theme and share why your nominee is an inspirational person in your life and how he or she is selfless and dedicates his or her life to others, using the Hashtags #BringBackHolidays and #Contest to receive one entry.
