Summer 2016 is about two weeks away. To help get everyone in the spirit, T.J.Maxx and Marshalls conducted a survey to uncover the states where summer beach styles are the most popular.

The results are in for all those who are ready to take the plunge.
Sporty, minimalist and boho made the biggest splash as the top three beach styles across the nation.
Flip flops are the most popular swimwear accessory with 56% of states in favor, followed by sunglasses at 44%.
T.J.Maxx & Marshalls also asked women what the must-have items to pack in their beach bag are and found that sunscreen, beach towels and water bottles are the top three picks.
