Starting off the decade right!

It’s the new decade, so I’m determined to just get out and do it! Every year, I make resolutions — exercise more, eat healthier, lose weight, quit alcohol, be more organized, etcetera … These are all good goals, but I make the same New Year’s resolutions year after year, after year, after year…

Another decade as past, and I admit that I never really stick to them. For 2020, I’m determined to stick to all my New Year’s resolutions. This year, it’s all about me and my loved ones. My New Year’s resolution for practically my entire life is to lose weight, but my diets seem to fade out by the first quarter around end of Feb to mid March.
